First time clients get their first song mastered free of charge. If you are a returning client, please feel free to get in touch to discuss your pricing.
Stereo masters are billed at a $39/song flat rate. Attended sessions are $100/hour and must be booked in advance. Attended sessions are limited to no more than two people (i.e. you may bring the artist, your engineer, or a guest).
Deliverables include hi-resolution file (48k or 96k depending on source), CD quality file (16/44.1), and any additional file types you may need.
Vinyl preparation, CD DDP images, etc. is included in the flat rate. Additional masters for alternate mixes (DUB mix, Acapella, etc.) are $10/alternate mix.
Stem mastering with up to 5 stems is also available. Please get in touch if stem mastering is desired to discuss pricing and options.
Payment may be made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc. and 50% down payment must be received before final masters are delivered.
The studio is currently equipped with the following: Dutch & Dutch 8c, Terry CEQ, HCL Thermos, Gyraf G23S, Hendyamps Pollock, RJR Transfourmer Station (custom), Neve MBP Portico II, Hendyamps Crash (custom), RJR BAX (custom), Elysia Nvelope Mastering Edition, Rockreupel Comp.Two, Hendyamps Michelangelo Mastering Version, Junger D02 Dynamics Processor, Cranborne Carnaby HE2, Prism Lyra 2, Plugins from UAD, Fabfilter, TDR, etc.
All necessary steps to complete a song are included with the normal mastering rate. I will work with you and provide revisions when requested. If requested changes are not warranted, or if mixes need adjusting, revisions will cease until a new mix is provided.
I do not cut lacquer as I do not own a lathe. I maintain working relationships with cutting engineers, however, and can assist with coordinating the lacquer cutting process. This is to guarantee your music is ready for manufacturing and distribution when I am finished with it.
Please ensure there is no digital clipping on all files sent. If you're mixing into a limiter, please send a version with no limiting, and a version with the limiter enabled. There's no need to provide a mix at a certain level. I will gainstage everything on my end. Just ensure there is no digital clipping, as mentioned above, and I'll take things from there.
